Baby Loss Awareness Day - £1 from the sale of every Amy Rainbow necklace donated to Tommy's
Did you this affects 1 in 4 pregnancies in the UK? Not a lot of people talk about it outside of their inner circle of confidants; which can isolate them at times of grief. Anyone who has suffered a loss this year also understands how especially lonely it has been when Covid-19 is thrown into the mix.
Today is a day when we can all come together to honour every little life that has been lost. So tonight I will be lighting a candle at 7pm and send love to all families affected.
I am also fundraising to support Tommy’s to conduct research into the causes and prevention of baby loss, and to provide expert care and information to families. Tommy’s provided a great source of comfort and support to me when I had a miscarriage last year. It was a very difficult and confusing time, and I am still find it painful, especially in October as that was the baby’s due date.
I am so thankful to have my rainbow baby Oscar now, but I will never forget the loss. That is why I am choosing to donate £1 from the sale of every Amy Rainbow necklace to Tommy’s.
